The staff were extremely helpful and offered us a new-fashioned room with individual temperature control. Location: the hotel was close enough to Express avenue and a modern mall which is like a sanctuary from the noise and certain areas. We enjoyed GREAT service offered.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location in the center of Chennai was perfect for exploring the city. The rooms were beautiful and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar. The staff provided excellent service, from the room service to the housekeeping. The hotel even offered car hire services, which made it convenient to get around. I also appreciated the shops and commercial services available on-site, as well as the laundry facilities. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We were thoroughly impressed by the level of service and the excellent amenities provided by the hotel.

The location was amazing, near a famous shopping mall and within walking distance to various restaurants and cafes. Another advantage was the menu at the restaurant, they offered a variety of tasty options to choose from.

There were some negative aspects of the hotel. One of the biggest issues we faced was the noise level.
